As outlined in your lease addendum, students must maintain liability insurance coverage with a minimum personal liability limit of $100,000.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>There are three ways to comply with this lease requirement:<\/p><p><strong>Option 1: Obtain Insurance with LeaseTrack <\/strong><\/p><p>LeaseTrack provides you with special pricing and great coverage on renter&#8217;s insurance.
